Why would there be a solution? I’m just asking for opinions on this.
Mind this: Price factor comes in the positivity of feedback from here, the more positive it is, the more it costs, the less posisitive it is, the lower the price for the asset I’m making it. Don’t make negative feedback just to lower the price of the asset.
That looks nothing like a window, at all, if I saw that without you saying what it was I wouldn’t even know what it’s supposed to be.
Could you add a reference image of what you were trying to make so we could help you out more? If you didn’t have a reference image I suggest using one, it’s helpful!
In addition, I suggest lowering the transparency, to make it look more like a window.
Colours
Stained glass was originated a long, long time ago. Therefore a lot of colours were not easily accessible.
Therefore, the use of the colour ‘purple’ was not a good choice.
I would recommend sticking to ’ Primary Colours (Red, Yellow, Blue, Green), + brown + orange.
This is because the colour purple is hardly used in any sort of window panes.
Purpose
Stained glass usually has some sort of purpose, usually windows that are stained have a design of ‘a person’ or ‘animal’ (typically).
Your image shown, would be suitable for a background for one of these designs. For example:
Apart from that, the random variation is shape is very good. I’ve seen can see that it is not ‘flat’ which is great to stay away from.

Also, when I see stained glass windows where I am, you can’t see through them that much, you can make out tiny details looking through where I am. I was going for that kind of style of stained glass windows
This isn’t a terrible design, it just doesn’t look right (in my opinion) because;
The colors don’t compliment one another like it usually would on a stain glass window.
Normally, most stain glass designs, the “broken glass” derives off of one another, so it’d look like a really funky puzzle. In this image it mostly looks like you just unioned a bunch of random parts at random places and stuck it together.
* So it might also look weird for that reason!
You don’t have to use a reference image exactly, but maybe you could use an image to kinda get an idea of what a stain glass window is suppose to look like and then take a stab and making one of your own with your own ideas.
I think the shape/size of each piece of glass is too random, and the colors should be limited to about 4, definitely don’t use purple. Try drawing out a design for the pane on paper first, might help you create something a bit more visually pleasing.
Opinion:
It isn’t awful. It is a good start to something that could look amazing. How I Would Improve it:
Mess around with the transparency and maybe even try to create a full image for the whole of the window and then break it up into little sections. Have a reference image but you don’t have to use the design on it, maybe just use it for the styling and colouring.
Just to put this out here, please re state the question. In my opinion, only one of these replies I bothered reading put some help here. I think you’re trying to ask how to make a strained window to make a church window, am I correct?
May I suggest you use a something like photoshop to take a regular picture and add a filter to make it look like stained glass. Then you can import that as a decal.
