Standardize “About” Post Format in Education Support and Cloud Apps

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to find consistent guidance for new users in some Help and Feedback subcategories, because the “About” posts for #help-and-feedback:education-support and #help-and-feedback:cloud-apps do not follow the same structure or include the same helpful onboarding message that appears in other similar categories.

Hey @Hooksmith; Thank you for your reply!

I’m wondering if this also applies to another one, specifically, Cloud Apps. I understand that, from your perspective, it may not be a big deal, but when it comes of thinking about other newcomers, mostly new developers, they should know how to join the Developer Forum to contribute to this category… It wouldn’t make sense that others may include, but this in particular is “blacklisted”. :slightly_frowning_face:

Ok, adjusted
