I don’t understand the use of this. A star creator is like any other player and shouldn’t be treated differently from fans. Logging them joining is pretty useless you wish to bombard their server with your group’s staff to scare them off, yeah it’s not really useful, sorry. On top of the use to roblox to discord webhook use instead of using something like a node server to carry it across.
Get to reality, they are STAR CREATORS.
And using this depends completely on you guys so yeah lol
They already suffer enough from having to create alt accounts just to play games. You shouldn’t make their life harder.
I generally don’t see any difference. And exactly what @RealExoctic said, they do suffer.

I didn’t know how much I want to do that before this post, TY ^^
Sure, I would be doing that soon
how is this tutorial useful because I don’t see any use for this
When a star creator joins the game you created its a proud moment for the developers . Since star creators are influencers in the roblox community the developers could join them and ask them their opinion about the game and what changes to make . It might not be useful for all , but its useful for few people too.
I joined one of your games, I should appear on your discord logs. Let me know if you see me
It’s time for us to use this for Throwing Simulator
I would suggest switching the webhook to guilded
A small notice in your script.
Admins and owners are not star creators, therefore making the webhook fire if they join the game. You would have to check if the role is equal to that of a member.
Even more epic moment for the game owner
Well, it still needs to be addressed if we are limiting the requests to Star Creators only.
At this point just rename this post to what it really is, “How to make a join logger through discord webhooks”. Just log all the players that join your game and not a star creator cause there’s no point in logging that.
Also this will no longer work because discord blocked any request coming from Roblox, so you will need a proxy if you want to continue “logging star creator joins”.
I don’t think it’s that much necessary. It’s a minor change with a minor impact, as you won’t expect those staff members in your game usually.
That will stack in a lot and is definitely not suggested to log every player who joins in. The post is made specifically for star creators who join the experiences.
And yes, this would still work using a Guilded webhook instead of a discord one. Proxies are not required
It is good and useful to get info about star creators who joined your game.
I don’t know why people are getting it into Webhook Spam, Account Termination, etc?
