Section 1: Ownership, shareholding and executive staff.
Subsection 1: Ownership

Subsection 1: Ownership

1.1 Ownership is given to the incumbent President of Chairman
1.2 Ownership can be transferred between the President/Chairman and CEO if both parties agree

Subsection 2: Shareholding

1.1 The CEO and President have equal power apart from that the President is the technical overseer and the CEO is the professional head

Subsection 3: Termination of executive staff

1.1 A board vote must be initiated if a Chief officer or board member wants another Chief officer or the President/Chairman removed, the person being voted on must be suspended while being voted on
1.2 Board members can be fired only by a board vote or directly by the Chief officer in charge of them

Subsection 4 - Appointment of Presidents and CEOs

1.1 To appoint a CEO, a board vote must happen
1.2 To appoint a President, a board vote must happen

Section 2: Hierarchy
Subsection 1: Executives

1.1 Executives are the deputies of each director on the Board of Directors

Subsection 2: Directors

1.1 The Board of Directors are the heads of each department; occasionally they will have a Chief officer overseeing them as well as the Chief Staff Officer watching them, for example the Finance Director has the Chief Financial Officer overseeing them and the Chief Staff Officer also in charge of them

Subsection 3: Chief officers

1.1 The Chief Officers are overseers of each department, but not all departments have a Chief officer overseeing, for example the ground crew department, however the Chief Staff Officer oversees all staffing issues and all staff

Chief Staff Officer

The Chief Staff Officer is the professional head of all staff as there is no staffing director.

Chief Operations Officer

The Chief Operations Officer oversees everything as everything that goes on are operations.

Chief Executive Officer

The CEO is the professional head of the company Starboard Airlines.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer is the overseer of financial operations in Starboard Airlines as the Financial Director is the professional head. The CFO is also the sole adviser to the CEO on financial conduct and advice.

Section 3: Professional Conduct and Termination
Subsection 1: Professional Conduct

1.1 All staff should be mature on duty at all times unless stated otherwise by the CSO or CEO
1.2 Staff should not abuse; this will result in termination

Subsection 2: Termination

1.1 Termination should only be used for abusing or continuously immature staff
1.2 Misterminating could result in termination yourself
1.3 Only the CEO may alter the bylaws on the matter of termination
