I have experiences in the past where because of my autism I haven’t been able to do jobs due to communication skills or shutdown ect. This is why I wanted to start this development team. I know sometimes it can be hard when your autistic to work in a team that doesn’t really understand. I think if we take control of the advantages of autism we can create an amazing team. I often find I get really into a project and because of this focus I can create some good quality stuff. We as a team can use this to our advantage so we can create high quality games efficiently and quickly. Also, I know for a lot of people communication can be hard but this team will be accepting of this because of a shared experience. I am planning to distribute tasks one at a time to avoid overload and also not pressure or over load people to avoid shutdown. As April is autism awareness month I thought it would be really good to get a team together as soon as possible to create our first game and release it in April.
