Hey guys, sorry for not responding or posting new stuff to the dev forum but I will start over again for the low poly F-16 in blender as the current model is suffering from delays and lack of a clear objective in my mind.
I may have to start with 6 or 12 vertexes of the new f-16 creation for falcon Blox on blender.
In my opinion, Blender is one of the most difficult pieces of software to use. I find Studio so much easier to create stuff in but the skills learned in moving, rotating, scaling parts in studio don’t translate into Blender very easily and I always find it very frustrating too.
What I tend to do, is create the shape I want in Studio with parts, then export them into a.OBJ file, then take that into Blender to merge the items and remove the hidden faces, so optimise the mesh.
I’ve seen lots of your topics on the F16 and think you shouldn’t give up too quickly. Sometimes we all have to take a break from what we are trying to make, to stop ourselves from getting too frustrated.
Take a break from, it for one or two weeks, then see if you feel like you want to continue making the F16…
Exactly what is needed to everyone using both blender and studio, and it’s for me difficult to grasp that developers expect me to create on blender while my knowledge has to cope with blender and the demands upon my brain.
Yes, we all somehow need a break when things get difficult.
