The State of Atom Community Guidelines are issued to make sure every player feels safe and welcome to Atom.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The State of Atom is a freedom state, meaning you can do whatever you want as long as it’s legal. Any illegal acts can get you arrested. Any illegal Terms of Service acts will get you moderated.
Your car can be stolen, this why you should lock your vehicle by clicking L on on your keyboard.
Government is the head of state, this is why you have the right to vote. When elections are held, people have the voice to vote who they think should lead the state.
ADMINISTRATORS
Administrators are held to a very strict guideline in the Atom community. They have a set list of commands they can use, and are expected to only use them when necessary. If you believe you are being treated unfairly by an admin, or were unreasonably disciplined, contact Head Administrator devy with photo/video proof.
FAIL ROLEPLAY
Fail Roleplay (FRP) is when a user takes advantage of unrealistic aspects of the game to make the gameplay unfair for others. Members will be warned for committing a Fail Roleplay, and will correct their issue. Members who fail to acknowledge will be server
NEW LIFE RULE
New Life Rule (NLR) is when an individual is killed during a roleplay, and is deemed “clean” of any crimes they committed. Though this is true to an extent, the New Life Rule has major flaws. Individuals who are committing crimes can easily turn a traffic stop into a shootout just so they won’t be cited for a simple traffic violation. With that being said, there will not be any New Life Rule in the State of Atom, but in order to arrest an individual for committing a crime after their death, said member within law enforcement will have to file for a warrant appropriately, and then make the arrest. Members within the State of Atom who attempt to exploit this will be server banned regardless of scenario.
ETHICS
The following are ethical guidelines that will be enforced by either department heads or administrators:
- No breaking ROBLOX ToS
- Controversial topics do not belong in game or any chat medium affiliated with Atom.
- Derogatory acts or general offensiveness will not be tolerated
- Higher ranking members are expected to dress appropriately both on and off duty
- All department workers should be in uniform while on duty (found in lockers)
- Department workers are expected to follow the State of Atom Penal Code both on and off duty
- Department workers are expected to remain professional while on duty
