I created an advertisement to run at 12AM April 30 to 11:59PM May 1 but it remained inactive. When I checked details, somehow it said status rejected.
I’ve searched everywhere for a reason why this could happen, as the thumbnail I used was not flagged by moderation or anything but couldn’t find any reason why. Adding onto it, if the ad were to not run, will I even get the $10 ad credits I’ve spent back?
First time trying this new Ad Manager so pretty clueless. It’s been 20+ minutes since the ad should’ve started running.
