Dear fellow developers,
I would love to see a ‘Status’ page or a domain called ‘status.roblox.com’ that showcases any problems with Services.
For example when the MarketPlaceService is having issues or when the DataStoreService is having problems.
Game-breaking updates could also be posted here, and that way you can keep us informed about any changes on those subjects.
Examples
Let’s say that the DataStoreService is currently not available. You keep make a new ‘Report’ as ROBLOX staff on status.roblox.com and inform us about that new ‘Status’ update by sending out a ‘Twitter’ message or even a Facebook message. Almost all developers follow you guys on Social media. That way we address the issues that a lot of game developers are experiencing.
The recent DLL exploit is a other example, you could easily make a new report on status.roblox.com with the message that it can be dangerous to have your place live at the moment and that you are working on a fix.
TL;dr A ROBLOX Status page or website that allows you guys to keep us informed about critical matter and to keep us informed about the status of the ROBLOX platform
