Thank you for taking interest in applying for a position as an alliance at Steamin’ Beans. Alliances are formed to assist the growth and activity of both groups, with the addition of both communities coming together! That all sounds great, but we have requirements in place to ensure that what I previously explained is granted. In addition, an application is required to prove the group is worth allying with. Please complete this application on a Google Document, then send it to any Executive Assistant+ in the Business Relations Department.

:handshake: REQUIREMENTS
At least half our current member-count at the time of application. Exceptions can be made, but rarely.
The group must have a stable activity level, we recommend at least two sessions being hosted daily with an active Communications Server.
You must possess an organise Communications Server.
Your group must be well structured and show a bright future.
The group must have a presentable reputation.

:clipboard: APPLICATION
What is the name of your group? Please send us a link to it.
How can both groups benefit from this alliance?
Why should we accept this application over others?
Do you understand that the Steamin’ Beans Business Relations Department have the right to terminate this alliance at any time for any valid reason?
Which two+ representatives will be joining the Steamin’ Beans Alliance Chatroom?

Code of Conduct

CODE OF CONDUCT

While visiting Steamin’ facilities, we have a set of rules which you must follow, in order to keep a safe environment for everyone. Our cafe moderation system includes a reminder, a warning, and then a kick. If continued, a ban. For extreme cases, this procedure will be bypassed. To see the list of rules, view below.

Community

  1. All customers must treat everyone with respect, to keep a consistent positive shape flowing through our community.
  2. Trolling our community or engaging with exploitation on-premises is not allowed, and strict consequences will appear from this. Let’s follow the Roblox Terms of Service, shall we?
  3. Adding onto rule two, the Roblox Terms of Service must be followed at all time.
  4. Creating or discussing drama while at Steamin’ Beans is strictly prohibited. If failed, we won’t hesitate to take action against you from visiting our facilities.
  5. Leaking is not okay and will result in major consequences.

Barista Team

  1. After serving a customer three items, you must wait two minutes before serving them again. This is to stop point cheating. Points are used to form secret recipes, and may also have other purposes in the future.
  2. Grammar is required at all times, as well as professionalism.
  3. If you fail a training session, do not get upset. Instead, strive for improvement!

Senior Barista Promotion Guide

SENIOR BARISTA PROMOTION GUIDE

We’re always looking to recruit hard-working and dedicated staff members for our Middle-Rank team, that’s why we’ve made this document to inform you of the dos and the don’ts. Have any questions? Speak to a member of our Recruitment Department, as they manage staff promotions and are in charge of the system.

Working for around one hour a day is recommended, and it allows our Recruitment Department to see how you can benefit the group’s activity if employed. To be notified when shifts are on, make sure to use the :opt all command in our Communications Server. Although attending shifts is a good thing, try to also attend when not a lot of people are there. It shows us that you’re capable of being independent, and it shows that you can benefit activity in a different way to everyone else. Secondly, make sure you’re not hinting or constantly trying to grab an MR+‘s attention. This is attention-seeking and gives you a bad look. It shows us that you’re only in it for the rank and nothing else, with the addition of being super unprofessional. Third, do not use so many complicated words in your sentences. If you do, your customers are going to think you’re speaking a different language, or they may think you don’t know what you’re saying. It doesn’t look professional, it looks silly. An example of an acceptable greeting is:
"Welcome to Steamin’ Beans! I’m alfivq, your barista for today. How may I serve you to the finest of standards on this delightful day?"
An example of an unacceptable greeting is:
“Good day, my gratitudes welcome you to Steamin’ Beans. My name is the spectaculor alfivq. How may I bewilder you on this divine day?”
Fourth, make sure you’re actually serving behind the counter regularly, and not supervising. By supervising, you’re just showing us your lack of productivity, and this may continue as a Middle Rank too.

Recipe Guide

RECIPE GUIDE

The recipe guide is vital for new Steamin’ baristas, as it guides them through each and every recipe (secret recipes being an exception). This guide can be used to guide you through training, or it can just be for a little memory refresh. Whatever the case may be, the recipe guide is essential.

Milkshakes
Cup + milk + flavour + blender

Slushies
Cup + ice + flavour + blender

Smoothies
Cup + ice + blender + flavour + blender

Hot Chocolate
Cup + Mocha + Latte + (optional) Secretifier

Is the drink not listed? It probably has a machine for it, just put the cup into the machine and boom, the drink is made! Another reason for a drink not being listed is that it may be a secret drink.

 CONCLUSION
Thank you for taking a read, hopefully, now you’re more up to date. To ask any questions, or to address any concerns, please make sure to message a member of the Middle Rank or Executive Team.

Signed,
Executive President & Owner
