Since the cache outage, I havent been able to access the devforum without using VPN.
It its constantly redirecting me to “Access Denied” page with description “You don’t have permission to to access (devforum link) on this server”. Its been 4 days and there still haven’t been fixed.

It must be local issues since everyone else can access the site with no problem.

yes. its just your computer. Have you tried using another device? like a Ipad, Tablet, or phone?
Its an issue on all devices i have, tried it on everything that has browser
Then its a wifi problem. Have you tried restarting your wifi modem?
Same issue here.
All my devices and internet connections have this issue, so it must be a location issue.
Setting my VPN to Germany fixes it. This has been going on for almost a week now and its getting pretty annoying 
I don’t think it’s the WiFi problems because I’ve already tried using school’s wifi, public places wifis and others but none of them works.
Right now, i can access the devforum cuz i think they fixed it maybe.
6 months later… yeah this problem still exists
I can’t get into devforum too for the past 4 - 5 weeks
