I’ve used the Roblox platform for 2 days without noticing that a big portion of my Robux disappeared.
I went to the transactions page and found “myself” spending R$215 on a gamepass.
Logically, there would be no gamepass named something like that, like why? Not even a single description there. And it was made on a place of someone I don’t recognize.
I checked the place’s store and there are a bunch of pointless gamepasses. I had the amount of R$228 in my pocket. The missing Robux was spent on the gamepass with the highest price my pocket can do.
I immediately went to Roblox Support and sent a mail about it.
Some time later, I checked my sessions and it appears that my account had been logged in on two different distant regions. I couldn’t get a screenshot as I immediately logged them out. It is obvious that someone had took over my account. It was even clear when my recently played games history was unfamiliar.
I couldn’t wait for it, I immediately changed my passwords as well and enabled more security.
A day later…
I got an email from the Roblox Support this morning, and it definitely upset me.
I’ve had my account email-verified many years ago. Why did this, or that happen? I don’t know.
To anyone and the Roblox Support team reading this, please understand this. No one likes their money stolen and declined for requesting a refund.
