Decent and pretty neat for a beginner and would recommend drawing with lines instead of a mouse.
The lines at the moment aren’t straight at all at the moment, and the neck looks very strange from my point of view. Things you can do to improve these is not to do drawings on pc unless you have very steady hands that aren’t shaky whatsoever. I’d recommend getting a draw pad if you want to start doing really good looking art. Drawing on PC isn’t that easy, another thing is instead of adding your name in a text box draw it on the shirt it will look a lot better. Other than that it’s a good start!
