Handle.CanTouch is set to false

Steps:

1. Equip and Unequip tool rapidly and observe the warning message in Output

Expected Behavior
I expect an option to disable this warning.

I understand that this is a functionality for Humanoids to pick up tools from the ground however spamming this in our output makes it incredibly annoying and hard to find actual useful information for debugging our games.
