Hello, everyone! I don’t know if this is in the right category. If it is not please let me know. I recently made a game with a few players, I made a few gamepasses, and I made 200 robux today. That’s what my dev stats say. But I don’t have any robux in my account. Is this a bug? My account age is only like 20 days. I thought maybe that is the issue. Or possibly a bug. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me! Thank you!

I’m not too sure if I’m correct with what I’m about to say: I’m pretty sure when you make a gamepass and somebody buys it you SHOULD get robux. I’m not too sure though. Maybe it is because, your account age is 20, maybe. I don’t think so, though.

It must be that my account age is only 20 days. I wonder if you have to be 30 days to have robux earned. Thank you all for your help!

There is nothing wrong with the account age. It’s probably the dev stats that are error.
And you are in the wrong category, this is supposed to be in discussion. Because it’s about website features.

It takes 3 days for the robux to get added to your account.
If click the robux symbol on the top right hand corner of the website, you’ll see this:
The robux you earned today would be in “Pending Robux” and will transferred to “sales of goods” in 3 days.
