Storm Lonedoom Oversized on R6 and Invisible on R15

*Bug found by and reported on behalf of DocLimerence

Reproduction Steps
Equip and play any game using the Storm Lonedoom hat accessory with R6 and R15.

Expected Behavior
The accessory should appear with a normal size and texture resolution.

Actual Behavior
When Storm Lonedoom is equipped to an avatar using R6, the accessory appears oversized with degraded texture quality. When equipped to an avatar using R15, the accessory disappears entirely from the character model, as tested in Roblox Studio. The issue occurs in every game and appears in the “Try On” preview in catalog.

Although the mesh is properly fixed, the texture’s quality decreases at seemingly random times. As can be seen in the below image, the hat’s texture on the right is of much lesser quality than the one on the left. Both hats use the exact same texture; however, either one can become pixelated at around a 50% reproduction rate.

This is probably due to how textures composite for R6 (1024x512) and R15 (1024x1024). The quality is fine for R15 and remains the same for R6 with no additional accessories. While wearing multiple accessories on R6, however, the quality becomes significantly lower.

Additionally, I noticed the accessory is positioned incorrectly. It clips the front of the head and is hanging off the back. It needs to be moved forward a little bit.
