Hey y’all, in my game there appears to be a black dotted line that gets more fine when I walk closer and less fine when I walk farther. Here’s a screenshot:

That’s just the clipping. Check the object positions.
Clipping? Could you expand on that?
Its is when who parts are not perfectly aligned to each other. The gaps or intercepts causes this black line.
Or it is just the rendering.
But it’s all one part, the line appears in the middle of it.
This probably just means the bricks aren’t aligned properly! Check their position and try snapping/clipping them so the line goes away! It’s a big problem that occurs mostly when designing part/triangle terrain!
I know I might seem dumb but… what’s snapping or clipping?
Snapping is when you hold two objects basically rigidly (exactly) together.
As someone stated above try checking the position of the bricks to make sure they’re properly aligned.
If it helps, you can try using the F3X tool which allows you to snap objects to one another ( R ) or you can use a type of snap-rotation (not really sure what to call it LOL) which also gives you a pretty exact rotation ( T ).
It really is one part, no bricks are being aligned or intersecting. There also appears to be fuzzy black lines…
Are you sure this aren’t snapped parts? Double-check it with ResizeAlign plugin.
Did you use unions to create the part?
It’s definitely the edge of a part (go into the place and move your camera close to the “line” you can see the sand texture on it), if the parts you union-ed together weren’t aligned perfectly then there will be an extra face on the resulting mesh, which I think is whats happened here.
