TLDR: making this post on behalf of a friend, his particle emitter plugin lags when he uses it, he tried reinstalling studio, resetting settings, reinstalling plugins, disabling uneeded plugins, and tried using a different plugin. Doesn’t happen to anyone else when he’s in teamcreate

I’m making this post on behalf of a friend. He does VFX and uses Particle Emitter plugins to emit particles with certain properties. a few days ago he started getting a lot of issues with it. His studio lags a ton whenever he fires the particles. This lag doesn’t happen when a member in teamcreate does the same thing.
He describes the problem like so: “whenever i emit a particle emitter i have to wait like 1 full second for it to apear and when it does its as if im lagging inside the studio even tho im not but if i spam it for a period of time it looks fine but if i stop for a like 1-1/2 seconds it lags again”
He has tried reinstalling roblox studio, factory resetting the settings, reinstalling plugins, disabling unneeded plugins and using a different plugin.
Here’s a video showing the problem, it kinda looks like assets that fails to load, any idea how to fix it?
