Hello, I’m currently working on a game in which structures built by players float in water. However, I have encountered strange issues when attempting to have the structures lower with the water.
To lower the water, I am tweening the baseplate and the rest of the map up to create the effect of the water receeding. However, this creates an issue where the parts seemingly attach to the water and get stuck in the ground despite them being unanchored.
Here is an example:
I’ve tried anchoring them but the same problem occurs as the parts stay on the surface of the water below/inside the baseplate.
I also tried setting the velocity to 0 while the water lowered; however, this didn’t change the outcome.
If you have any ideas on how to fix this, please let me know!

Have a good day!
