Strange rendering issue with parts disappearing based on camera angle

This rendering bug started happening fairly recently. The parts disappear / reappear depending on camera angle. It’s strange that only some of the parts disappear, while others stay.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas to prevent this from happening?

I’ve had this issue too with particles and I don’t know how to fix it.

That is unrelated and just has to do with the emitter part being off screen.
