Could you provide more specific repro steps that cause the issue you see?
Did you use Sculpt brush with size 1 to get this result?
I was using 24 size brush and also play testing the game seems to fix it temporarily.

Can you try move the camera to different distance in studio and see if it changes the look? I doubt this is is a LOD issue based on your description. Just would like to confirm.
Also if it’s possible, can you send the place file?
