Streaming Enabled - Gameplay Paused UI stays for an infinite amount of time

When this happens to you are you able to move around normally, just the UI element is present? Or are you unable to move around normally?

game functions 100% with no bugs, movement is perfect, everything. its just the UI element lingering there

Can you share what device/OS you are seeing this on? Do you see this on multiple devices, or only on certain devices/platforms?

i use a windows 10 PC, i’ve only experienced it on the ROBLOX player, not the windows store app

Can you share more detailed specs for the PC you are seeing this on?

Also if you are able to capture client logs from your PC when the problem occurs and send those to me via private message that would be helpful.

We think we’ve identified the cause of this issue and have implemented a fix. We will let you know when the fix has been enabled. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for everyone’s help getting to the bottom of it.

Doesn’t seem to go away.

I managed to get it while testing in studio (it’s surprisingly consistent), and here’s the info:

same issue here, the popup stays semi transparent instead of disappearing once everything loaded

Thanks for reporting these issues. We had enabled a change we hoped would resolve the pause UI getting stuck, but it sounds like it might be causing different problems.

We will roll back the change and investigate further.

@Harfarf and @apenzijncoolenleuk1 can you confirm if the issue with the stuck semi-transparent pause UI has been resolved?

I am having an issue with this too but it’s not staying there forever but it keeps appearing and disappearing.

@ItzAidfoplays390 are you able to create a bug report for your issue? It looks different from the other reports in this thread.

It has appended to me as well, on a random game, forgot the name, I think it was a driving game of some sort.
It happened a couple of days, maybe even more than a week ago
It was during gameplay and not during loading of the game
