StreamingEnabled causing client's physics to suspend indefinitely

I got the first report that players couldn’t move their character in my game Shard Seekers 30 minutes ago. I haven’t made any updates since last week, and disabling StreamingEnabled fixed it. The game uses custom character physics which may be related.

This glitch seems pretty straightforward.
