Hello, today I am looking for some constructive criticism on this street light I built in Roblox Studio. This asset does not contain any meshes. Its constructed from your basic parts and unions. Something seems off to me but I can’t quite put my finger on it, so please let me know if you notice anything. Thank you.
Looks really nice and clean! But one thing I tend to notice on streetlights is nut bolts on the bottom of them since it holds up the other half, typically on the highway streetlights or ones that are heavy. In my opinion it would make a good addition to the build and add more detail, good work so far keep it up!
I think that the second support as in the lower part extending out to the light doesn’t need to be as thick as the top one connected to the light, nor does it need to extend all the way to the light. Thats just my perspective of street lights. Nice work.
Street lights are supposed to be cheap and basic for mass production sake, no over the top details needed since no one is ever going to inspect a street light like a painting in an art museum. Maybe this was the missing part you couldn’t put your finger on?
One massive error I see with the build is a lack of color change. Try making the bottom parts a darker grey
Pretty clean model pretty minimalistic, looks good
Looks awesome although on the pole add some more detail such as indents or screws.
Used blender or make with hand
I used Roblox Studio and not blender as I do not know how to use blenders software
