String formatting %c is not properly documented

%c takes an ascii code and converts it into a character. The wiki page currently says it outputs nothing, and the example output is a number - which while correct can be confusing for documentation purposes.

In fact, 3 of the outputs are currently missing.

Yes this is because the ascii of 3 is an unrepresentable character, since it’s an escape character. The actual value of this would be [END OF TEXT].

That’s still a very poor choice for documentation purposes.
