Strudel | Public Handbook

About

Strudel Bakery and Restaurant is the first roleplay game that’s a Bakery/Restaurant hybrid. The layout functions similar to a bakery or a cafe, however we serve restaurant and bakery items. We allow players to have the option to be a customer and order from other workers, become a Chef, or work hard and become a higher-ranking staff member. Strudel was released in December of 2024 and is working hard to grow.

As a customer, you have the ability to become a staff member at Strudel if you wish to take customer’s orders and assist them. The first thing that’s required of you is to join the group. By joining the group, you are ranked customer. You are needed to be in the group to be issued a rank.

After becoming a customer, join the game and approach a member of the Management Team+. They will rank you Kitchen Intern.

After becoming a Kitchen Intern, you need to schedule a time to be interviewed. This can be done by opening a ticket in our communications server or by approaching a member of the Management Team+ in-game. The interview will teach you about certain situations that may happen at Strudel and how to do your job properly.

After successfully completing your interview, you will be ranked Junior Chef. Continue to work hard to be promoted!

Promotions

Promotions for the Kitchen Team are relatively simple to achieve. To be promoted in general, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Achieve at least a basic level of activity.
The minimum activity expected of you is 30 minutes a week, however you are encouraged to spend as much time as possible. Activity is never required to stay in the Kitchen Team.
  • Be professional.
Unprofessional workers will not be considered for a promotion.

It is recommended that Kitchen Team members meet the following requirements to have a higher chance of being noticed and promoted:

  • Achieve a moderate level of activity.
Try to shoot for 1-2 hours a week of activity.
  • Be consistent.
Try to be consistent with your activity. Rather than doing an hour one day of the week and taking a break, try to space out your activity.
  • Use grammar.
Use spelling, punctuation, and grammar to be noticed more and stand out.

It should not take longer than 1-2 weeks to get from Junior Chef to Senior Chef. As Kitchen Leader is a more privileged rank with admin commands, it may take longer to get Kitchen Leader. If it takes a long period of time to get to the next rank, you may not be fully completing your promotion requirements. Additionally, you may not be promoted to Kitchen Leader if the maximum capacity is reached.

To be promoted to ranks above Kitchen Leader, continue to demonstrate leadership, dedication, and professionalism. You must have been a staff member at Strudel for over 1 month to be promoted from Kitchen Leader to Staff Assistant.
