I dont really care for a few features of this tbh, i rarely need to put constraints on multiple things at once, so its annoying to me to have to manually turn off constraint placement, it could be useful later on though, so could this feature be turned on and off instead? Also the attachment that appears on your cursor is annoyingly large when working with small parts or a large number of attachments close together, and can’t be downsized like the original system, and noticed that when you have constraint visibility size set to the minimum, you can not add to any existing attachments with the constraint tool. Finally, rope is now default not visible, and i assume springs are as well, this was also a small annoyance to me.
I noticed that when you add constraints to existing attachments, the existing attachment names are overwritten to Attachment0 & 1.
edit; I also don’t believe visual constraint sizing is included in the new ribbon, I looked just about everywhere and couldn’t find it.

Hello everyone, thanks for the feedback! We currently have a host of fixes released now, please try them out!
- Re-naming bug has been addressed
- “Multiple Constraint Mode” has been added to enable or disable adding multiple constraints at a time
- Second attachment by default now matches the orientation of the first constraint
- Created constraint will now be selected after creation, which should also trigger its visualization, even when constraint details are off
We are also aware of the following:
- Adorn re-sizing not currently available. We are coordinating with the new studio ribbon, and will hopefully have a more comprehensive solution for handling adorns in the future
- Weld constraint creation options. Because there are so many potential use patterns and cases, we want to take the time to fully flesh out a more custom tool and explore the right implementation, so please stay tuned!
