Okay, I found a fix just now.
So I found out that the issue is because of the custom DPI scaling by msi’s Dragon Center and you’ll have to disable it.

  1. Go to Settings > System > Display
  2. Find “Scale and layout” and you’ll see an option to disable the custom scaling.

This will restart your pc and should be able to fix it.

Fixed the offset cursor, the uis are still low quality but it’s fine for now.
