Studio Building Tools broken

What is the bug?
In the following video, I attempt to drag a part using the tools, but initially, it does not respond. After adjusting the camera, the part becomes draggable; however, releasing the left mouse button does not stop the dragging action as expected. Instead, right-clicking is required to stop the dragging, which is unusual. Additionally, when this issue occurs, a “hand” icon appears on the mouse cursor, preventing any selection or interaction with other elements.

Intel Core i5 1130H 11th Gen
8GB DDR4 RAM
Windows 11 Home
512GB SSD
No Bluetooth or external devices connected during bug recording

Beta Features
I tried to disable all beta features and run Studio. However, I do not see any change in the bug.

It’s added to the private content for Roblox staff.

Same issue
to fix it you need to go near to the handle it works for me that way
