Studio Built in Plugins not loading

Apologies if this is the wrong subforum, I couldn’t find anywhere more relevant to post this in.

A friend of mine is looking to get into Roblox development, and after installing Studio, none of the built in plugins work (the toolbox, lua draggers etc.). We’ve tried a number of things: restarting, reinstalling, changing versions etc., but to no avail.

This is the error from the studio logs;

So the plugins are not working, is that what you are trying to say? Please elaborate.
