Studio could not open place with exception "Unable to open place"

Reproduction Steps
I am unable to edit a place: Territory Conquest 2 - Initial Release - Roblox

I am able to edit other places within the game. The last time I edited the place was Dec. 9. I haven’t added any new plugins within that time.

Expected Behavior
I expected that the place would open.

Actual Behavior
The place does not open.

Same here. It also logged me out of the studio for some reason and won’t let me open it back.

Looks like the Roblox servers are experiencing some issues.

It is also not possible to view plugins on the website atm. Says “Bad Request”. Probably getting fixed very soon.

It’s now hapenning to me with all places and plugins!
It’s obviously a server issue.

The Roblox website itself is also broken.
On my home page it says “Experiences failed to load”

Might recommend someone to create a new bug report for this current issue since this one is currently marked as resolved and likely won’t be receiving staff attention. But then again this is a worldwide issue so I’m willing to bet they already know.

Launching Studio results in this error

Attempting to launch a group game gives me this.

API seems to be having issues too. I wouldn’t recommend joining any games, due to potential DS errors.

Why is the baseplate even considered a published place? Files saved as .rbxl or .rbxlx don’t seem to be affected.
