Studio crashes consistently in one specific place

Reproduction Steps
Opening this place in studio causes an instant crash for me and anyone else who has tried it:

We have tested this on Windows 10 64-bit and on the latest version of Roblox Studio, and we have also tried reverting to known working versions (3 days old) that no longer work and also crash instantly.

Expected Behavior
Roblox Studio should open without crashing

Actual Behavior
Roblox Studio crashes right away

I’m unable to retrieve a place file since studio crashes immediately upon opening the place.
Is some way to download it directly from the site, perhaps?
