Studio Crashes when moving group objects

I am encountering an issue in Roblox Studio where I am unable to move groups with objects inside that has meshes using the move option. While I can still drag the groups without any problem, attempting to move them with move option as a group causes Studio to freeze, requiring a significant amount of time to recover. This problem occurs consistently across all the games I am working on.

Previously, I could move all objects seamlessly, but this issue has surfaced recently. Interestingly, if the group is a single object or not too large, the movement process works fine but give me a stud lag for few sec. However, when dealing with larger groups, the problem persists.

I have attached a video demonstrating this issue for your reference. (Please note that English is my third language, and I apologize for any errors in my communication.)

Is this a lag spike or a delay in the movement visuals? This likely has to do with Roblox’s new dragger beta, so you can turn it off in settings until it’s fixed. If I had to guess, it’s the collisions registering on the mesh that’s being dragged for the snapping feature to work.

Do you have a humanoid inside workspace? If so, destroy it.

I was having the same issue and it’s extremely annoying because it’s impossible to build anything. To fix this, inside Studio, click File > Beta Features > look for the “Dragger QoL Improvements”, untick it and restart Studio.

Now that you mention it, I remember that. They patched it though
