Last night I made a city map in one of my places in my experience. I tried to open it up today and Studio freezes and then it shows that “Roblox Studio is not responding” popup. The same thing happens when attempting to open up the Modern City template.
Below are my PC specs, they are pretty decent so I don’t get why Studio crashes.
Extra info: I have the Skytech Gaming Shadow 4 PC. Click here to view it on their website
Try those steps:
Restarting your PC
Remove any running websites in background as they could be affecting the lag
Run Roblox Studio as a Administrator
Reset Roblox Studio Settings
Hello, I think Roblox Studio may be demanding too many resources from your PC, which could cause crashes. Here are some ideas to resolve this issue:
Make sure your PC is powerful enough to support Roblox Studio.
Check if all your drivers, especially those for your graphics card, are up to date.
Make sure no other software is causing crashes with Roblox Studio.
Ensure all Windows updates are properly installed.
Try repairing your Roblox Studio.
If the issue persists after following these steps, it is possible that the Roblox update is not suitable for you or that an error has occurred. In this case, it would be best to contact Roblox support or submit a bug report so that technicians can investigate the issue and fix it.
I am trying to do the run studio as administrator thing, but I can’t because I am need to load up a place, and for some reason you can only open a place thru the Roblox website, which opens studio regularly.
Hello, Im also facing the same issue, upon opening the studio, it shows the loading page and then all of a sudden it closes. I don’t understand why is this happening as this is the new pc i brought last week with its specs being Ryzen 7 9800, rtx 4090, 32gb ddr5 ram, 2TB Nvme. If anyone finds the solution to this, please do tell.
I am also having the same issue and I have an AMD 6750XT GPU and my CPU is 5600G. Only certain games will instantly crash and I have a feeling it has to do with PackageLinks, but I’m not sure.
Maybe it’s a Roblox compatibility issue with AMD? Most people in this thread have reported to have an AMD CPU or GPU, so do what you may with this info.
