Have been encountering same issue here. In this screenshot you can see the cursor is not displaying correctly. Baseplate is currently locked (Default)
annoying bug

Even when I select something it will still stay the same. I think that’s the default cursor for when you turn off the selection tool, but it’s clearly displaying either way.

I had this same issue about a week ago. It may be because you have the selection tool unselected? If it isn’t, try repeatedly selecting all the four tools (Select, Move, Scale, etc.), this worked for me.

No. This doesnt work. I had tried this loads of times, even after restarting my PC and reinstalling studio.

Oh, that’s really weird. Have you tried running roblox studio as an administrator?

That has nothing to do with changing the cursor that’s just whether it will open and/or change your PC.

True. Have you tried pressing the “play here/run/play” button in studio? Usually this changes your mouse icon from studio’s to roblox’s default mouse icon and it may trigger your PC cursor to show when your in studio? This is a just an idea though and I hope it resolves your issue.

Yes. I have pressed everything and nothing has worked.

Yes, I have reinstalled it.
Yes, I have logged out and in several times.
Yes, I have tried pressing random things and enabling random settings.
Yes, the image file is definitely there.

This is clearly just an unfixed bug.

Not too sure then. I think you might just have to wait until the bug goes away or until it gets fixed.
