When changing the Roblox animation script or it’s children, the changes get reverted (overwritten by default settings) when loading into the game. Up until this update, the script and its properties actually stay true to your edits. I used the old method 2 days ago which you can see on my forum history. Even when opening a blank studio the same thing happens, which points to my project not being at fault.
When there is a major change that completely changes your ability to edit the animations, surely there would be a mention of it somewhere?
This [Release Notes for 637 | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub] is 6 days old and does not include mentions of animations.
Yes there are scripting solutions to this, but I don’t see how scripting should be required. Imagine not being able to edit colours outside of scripting.
