Studio experience sorting does not save with the new start page

With the new studio start page, sorting experiences does not save as it did with the old start page.

Repro steps:

  1. Open studio and navigate to experiences.
  2. Choose a new sorting option (default is Last Modified).
  3. Restart studio and navigate back to experiences.
  4. Verify that the option you chose did not save.

I use the descending Date Created sort option, and it always defaults to Last Modified each time I open studio, which is not what I want.
