Issue
I was working on a project with my friends. I tried to change the fog settings inside Atmosphere (Glare/Haze), but after a while, it became apparent to me that the sliders weren't doing anything. I checked the hierarchy, and they appeared to be placed correctly. Then, I checked the lighting section and realized that, somehow, the "Fog" setting exists in both Lighting and Atmosphere. From my past knowledge, there should only be one active at a time, not both. The "Fog" in Lighting works correctly,but it isn’t as powerful as the Atmosphere fog. I would like to use the Atmosphere fog setting for my game, but after searching online, I couldn’t find any similar cases or a method to toggle between them directly.

Reproducibility
It only ever appeared in one of my friend's game files, and that game has a lot of code/resources that I'd prefer not to share as open source yet. I've created many baseplates repeatedly and tried various things to reproduce this issue, but my efforts have not yet been met with success.A private message is associated with this bug report
