When opening studio, it gets halfway through loading and stops presenting the screen.
Same thing goes with trying to open a place, it opens a window but doesnt end up loading anything onto it.
I have tried restarting the pc, updating roblox and even uninstalling roblox but they all come back to the same problem.
This bug has lasted up to 4 days so far and due to no changes happening, Im assuming it has to do with the software.
For you information, Im running Windows 11 Home.
Please submit a log, and also machine specs (dxdiag works well for this). Can put them on the private thread for hte ticket or DM directly. Also, we’ll need additional information on this - does it happen every time, for every place? Is it a specific place? Can you create new places that do open?
If its a specific place, the fastest way to resolve is to get us a copy of the place, or a copy of the smallest part of the place that reproduces the problem.

apologies for not responding sooner.
I’m unable to finish this report as I have lately jumped to another computer and can rarely access the computer that the problem was occurring on.
If I ever do have the chance to hop back on it, I will try to send a full report back.
