When I open studio everything appears to work correctly. Except for when I edit a game. Then, I see this:
This bug happens all the time. It just started today. I do not know how to reproduce the bug or what caused it. It started when ROBLOX Studio updated today.
I did some searching and I think my graphics card is a Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 if that is helpful.
I am using Windows 10 Home, version 10.0.18362
This is not game specific I have tested it in two games.
As mentioned earlier, this started today, and started after studio updated.
I also realized that I got a bunch of errors that were all similar to this one Unable to load terrain icon textures/TerrainTools/mtrl_Cobblestone.png.
I have no idea if it is ROBLOX’s fault or if it was something I did. I don’t know what I could have done to cause this. 
EDIT: I have corrected the issue by reinstalling studio. I still do not know what is causing this… I don’t know if this is related but, in this video a similar issue is experienced but in a live server:
It happens around 14 minutes in.
