Studio login after automatic verification failure doesn’t require correct password

I’ve noticed lately that if I have a typo in my password when logging into Studio, I’m still granted access to my account.

This happens 100% of the time when the automatic verification failed login prompt shows up when attempting to open Studio. It’s difficult to get this prompt, but in my case it happened due to poor internet.

I am using a Mac.
The only account I have tried this on is my own.

Here is my login screen after hitting enter - please note my password is definitely not one character long.

Then about 20s later (my internet has been trash today) I’m logged in

When you get the log in screen, you could try refreshing, or re-starting studio to have it auto sign you in. My guess is that some network traffic is so slow that you get the sign-in page because something timesout. Your studio probably already has the login credentials and is just encountering a race condition.
