Studio low FPS and Responsiveness

So, I’ve recently started using Studio on a recently built computer.
Fresh windows install almost nothing on it and I’ve been having these horrible low Frames Per Second issues, it’ll range from something little like 50fps to 10-20 making it near unusable. There seems to be weird input lag at the same time, although this could just be a side effect of the low fps.
I haven’t had any stability issues or anything though, no crashes or anything.
This also does not occur while testing in Studio or in Player.

I’ve only been able to reproduce this on one of my other computers, My 2017 MBP, 2014 MBP, Alienware 14, 2 other gaming PC’s and even my Mac Pro have not been affected.

My specs for this PC are quite new so it could just be some compatibility issues:
Intel i9-7920X @4.5Ghz
128GB RAM @ 2666Mhz
2x GTX1080’s NOT in SLI.
(I didn’t think anything else could be the cause.)
(Another note, Studio seems to be the only problem. C4D, Maya, 3DS Max, Fusion 360, Photoshop, Premiere all seem to be fine.)

The other PC affected’s specs:
Intel 6700K @4.7Ghz
32GB RAM @2400Mhz
Single GTX1080

Task manager says:
CPU is about 5% at around 4Ghz
GPU at 10-20%
RAM around 7-10GB
with pretty much nothing but Studio open.

This happens in pretty much every instance of studio I have, even in plain baseplates.

Thanks!

Please attach a microprofiler dump so that we could take a look.

After a restart on both computers the problem no longer persists. This doesn’t really make much sense as I restarted multiple times during the problem. I feel something was interfering with Studio but I don’t know what. It’s fine for now, if it comes up again I’ll make sure to do a microprofiler dump.

Jeez man you can probably run like 4 open google tabs at once and maybe even a youtube video.
