Our team always believes in giving people a second chance to improve. Everyone makes mistakes too! If you were previously banned and are truly sorry for your actions and want to get unbanned, please submit a ban appeal using the following format in the Format for ban appeals section. However, there are certain exceptions to this.
If your ban happened with these exceptions below, unfortunately your ban cannot be revoked.
- You were banned with valid proof of exploiting
- You’ve been banned more than once
- Big rules (No hate speech, talking about personal life, etc.) were broken
Why do I need to do this?
If you are truly sorry for your actions and want to get unbanned, we need to be able to trust that you won’t cause trouble again. You are also apologizing to us for breaking the rules. By writing an appeal, you’re trying to show us we can trust you.
So how do I get unbanned?
Getting unbanned isn’t too hard. Once again, you need to be truly sorry for your actions and promise you won’t cause trouble again.
Then, you can submit your ban appeal. On your ban appeal, you will convince us to revoke your ban. You can write a ban appeal using the format in the “Format for ban appeals” section. After, you submit your ban appeal to our developers/moderators, and if we approve, you’ll be unbanned. (Submitting a ban appeal doesn’t mean you will be unbanned.)

How do I know I'm banned?
Basically whenever you keep trying to join a game or use one of our social media platforms, it kicks you out and won’t let you in.
Ban messages will always say:
- You were banned
- Type of ban
- Reason of ban
- Recommendation to read our guidelines
- Username of person who banned you, or the system.
If the ban message doesn’t follow the format above or even misses a part, contact us immediately! This could mean your ban was false and there was an exploiter who got access to our moderation system.
THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE AUTHORIZED TO TAKE MODERATION ACTIONS SUCH AS BANNING YOU ARE:

If for some reason the user who banned you isn’t one of the above, contact us with a screenshot or at least with valid proof. If you submitted a ban appeal, we’ll check too the user of the person who banned you.
Format for ban appeals
Ban appeals should be detailed and insightful. The format for ban appeals is below.

Why your actions were wrong (The ban reason states the reason, and this states why you believe your actions were wrong):

A screenshot of the ban message (This is to make sure your ban was correct and get more information about it.) If you left after your ban, don’t worry. The ban message will appear as the same each time you rejoin the game. (If you don’t have access to our Discord server, then instead of a screenshot, provide the exact ban message you received.:

If you believe your ban was an accident or it was caused by a random person, please let us know in your appeal. When you are banned, it will always mention the username of the person who banned you.

If the person who banned you wasn’t one of the above, don’t worry. We will figure that out by looking at the screenshot you provided in the ban appeal.

Below is a made up example using the Ban Appeal Template.

Ban reason: Trolling and playing obnoxious music
Why your actions were wrong : I believe my actions were wrong because I was invading into others’ experience and gameplay. I made others angry and annoyed, and very disappointed in not getting all of the fun. I was also playing loud and annoying music which multiple people told me to turn off, but I didn’t and instead cranked the volume up louder. I knew people were not having fun, so I kept having the malicious attempt at annoying them.
Why you should be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because I know my fault now and I promise I won’t play loud music and troll anymore. I know what it feels to have people play loud music and troll others and have your experience ruined, because I have too been in those situations. Now I know trolling will only gain you hate, and make your reputation worse. I wish for the best of everyone and will not do anything that will hurt them again.
What you will do differently this time to avoid being banned again: I will only play appropriate music from appropriate sources that won’t annoy anyone. I will always have this considered in mind and will not troll anyone anymore. Instead I will listen to their feedback and do what I should for everyone to have a nice and wonderful experience.

Where do I submit ban appeals?
Using the ban appeal template/format, there are various ways you can submit ban appeals.
- Discord
- Roblox group wall
- Google Forms

Discord - if you choose this method, submit your appeal to a developer/moderator. This is the preferred method, but this is not an option for younger people.

Roblox group wall - be sure you are okay with others looking at your appeal, because our group wall’s chat is public. This may be hard, because Roblox may filter your message. (If you choose this message you cannot provide a screenshot, so instead, type the exact ban message.

Google Forms - Your email will NOT be collected. Because Google Forms require you to sign in to upload pictures, if you choose this option you cannot send us a screenshot of your ban message. So instead, type the exact ban message you recieved.
DO NOT spam messages and appeals to our developers. Doing so is a permanent, non appealable ban.

Appeals will typically be read on the weekends, or whenever time is available. After you submit your appeal, results (if you passed or not) can range from 3 hours to 1 week. Please be patient. If you passed, you should be able to use what you were banned from freely. We’ll also notify you on whatever domain you submitted your appeal on.
