Studio making automatic welds..?

  1. What do you want to achieve?
    I want to weld my things in peace with the plugin I use, not roblox.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    Im not sure why, but every now and then roblox decides it wants to automatically create welds where i dont want them. I know its roblox and not the plugin i use, because they have two different icons.

  1. What solutions have you tried so far?
    I did look this up and searched for a bit, and everyone said “turn join surfaces off,” which i did MONTHS ago and still have this problem.

roblox also creates some thing called “snap” which is effectively the same issue as the welding problem… and i dont have an image as i just got on studio and it hasnt done it yet, but heres a devforum link for now Snap | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub

Could you check if you have the Snap thing enabled below Collisions? (Near tools)

Hmm, Join Surfaces seems to be off. Could you right click in the 3D view and send a screenshot?

Also pretty odd. Do you think it could be a plugin causing this issue?

not sure, ill turn my plugins off for a while and tell you if anything changes

it was f3x idk why it does that. was annoying trying to find out.
