Studio mic and refresh icon flickering on screen for no reason

Best shown by this gif. This effect is only present in studio, and in play solo mode. This is gone when starting a local server, or playing the game online.

Edit2: Seem like if I launch another place through studio, it won’t occur. But the first place I open through studio has the issue.

System info:

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-12900KF
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4090
32 GB Ram

Expected behavior

There shouldn’t be these icons regardless of what I am doing on studio.

Oh, yes I stopped running into this issue a while ago. I’m not entirely sure what caused it
