Steps:
Open up Studio and remain on home screen.
Open Studio settings.
Edit settings.
After pop-up window shows press restart

Not reproducible from latest master. Also from the video it is using MOD Manager which is not supported.
the issue is still happening on my pc even when running through default launcher
I am not too sure what else can we do at this moment since there is no repro from our internal testing. But I would suggest maybe you could try the following to further debug the issue:
- Use a different laptop/desktop (ideally have not installed Studio before, or at least have not installed MOD_Manager before), sign up a new account and use that to login and test the issue (which I doubt should be problematic because this should be part of our regression test I think)
- Assuming step 1 has no issue, on this laptop/desktop, login your own account to test again to see if this has anything to do with your account (though I donāt think this should be the case either because those setting should be persist on disk I think)
Iām pretty sure this is because Roblox isnāt recognizing the name youāve set when you set up Windows correctly, because itās using non-English characters. Iām talking about this part here:
I had the same issue, because I put an āĆ”ā in it when I was setting mine up. Renaming it in the Windows settings didnāt work, I had to redo my whole PC.
Havenāt you had problems with saving in games outside of Roblox? If youāve had, then this is probably the issue there as well.
