Studio Part Move Tool Broken (MAJOR ISSUE)

When I go to move any part, the part will instantly teleport to what I believe is the lowest point possible.
Not sure about that last part but this is consistent across every studio file and every different type of part.
In the sections where the clip goes black and then teleports back to its original position I am using the Zoom-To shortcut.

Expected behavior

The part to move with my mouse and not teleport miles downwards.

Can you restart Studio and let me know if it still happens?

Attemping to restart studio still causes this issue: Use the transform tool instead.

What are your grid snap settings? (Is grid snap enabled and what increment?)

Seems the issue was caused by my move increment somehow getting set to zero, I fiddled around the settings and now the issue is fixed, maybe something to watch out for.
