Studio Plugins (and Toolbox) size locked after closing them, until docked

Reproduction Steps

System Information:

• OS: Windows 10 Home
• CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
• Memory: 16.0 GB

Reproduction

• Open Toolbox (or a plugin widget) and make sure it’s in a floating state and can be resized.
• Press ‘X’ to close the widget, and open it again.

Note: A post was created about this before, but it has since been locked so I am unable to share my issue.

Expected Behavior
I expect the Toolbox (or a plugin widget) to retain its ability to be resized.

Actual Behavior
The size will be locked (not able to drag corners/edges to resize) until you dock the widget and return it back to its floating state.

Workaround
Return it back into a docked state and drag it back into a floating state.
