Studio plugins are randomly sized on load and sometimes have no icon

Reproduction Steps
Open multiple places while having an ordinary amount of plugins installed.

Expected Behavior
Icons should stay consistently sized, and studio needs to retry failed image loading (if that is the cause)

The bottom circle in the following image is what I want one of my plugins to look like consistently, for example.

Actual Behavior
I opened three places. This is what my plugin bar looks like. It is very disrupting to my workflow to look for icons that are randomly sized upon each load (making them change position on screen), and the matter is made worse if the icons are missing (top circle.)

It appears their sizes load consistently along with their icons. :happy1: Related, I still have trouble with the random order switching upon loading studio Make plugins load in the order of install date (in the ribbonbar)
