Studio Sayed an automatic file was saved but its not and i los t alot of progges any help?

Help i dont know where does this category belongs on but so i saw roblox made an automatic save file then it crasehd and its not there any help? i lost alot of progress on my game and i dont find the file any help?

Look at your Studio settings (File > Studio Settings > Studio > Auto-Recovery > Auto-Recovery Path to see where it saved the file to.
Also check to see if you have the Auto-Recovery Enabled box checked.
